What to do if your package arrives damaged through shipping:
Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. You must contact us within 7 business days of the date of delivery if damage has occurred.

We will ask from you the following:
Image of damage to the package;
Image of damage to the contents;
Image of the shipping label;
A statement of what you believe to have happened;
Your phone number; and
Order details.

What we will do:
Respond to you within 48 hours.
Investigate on a case by case basis.
Retain the right to decide whether to replace your item or offer you a refund.
If we determine to provide you with a refund, we will not be responsible to refund any fees that you may have incurred at the destination.
If we determine to replace the item, there will be no additional charge to send the item. You may, however, incur a second round of destination charges.

What to do if you change your mind:
If you decide that you are not happy with your choice, we will consider an exchange or refund on a case by case basis. We ask that you write to us to make this request. If agreed by us, you must return the cards and their original shipping box to us within 30 calendar days of the date of receiving at your expense. Once the item is received by us and in good order, we will contact you to confirm and carry out agreed arrangements. We will retain any expense paid by you towards shipping on the original order and either refund the difference or credit purchase towards an exchange.
